Dr. Sarah Reynhoudt grew up on Vancouver Island. She attended the University of Victoria for her undergraduate degree in biology. Following graduation, Sarah worked in research studying Forest Biology. Although the natural world will always have a fond place in her heart, she decided health care was her focus and began dental school in 2011. She graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2015 with her Doctor of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, she settled back on the island in beautiful Campbell River to live and practice dentistry.
Dr. Sarah loves treating children and helping anxious people feel better about the dental experience.
She is committed to continuing education; traveling internationally for additional training in restorative dentistry and treatment planning. She is a member of several study clubs and is currently furthering her education in implant dentistry.
When not practicing dentistry, Sarah enjoys camping, walking her dog, reading, cooking and gardening.
Dr. Sarah is very grateful to be able to open a practice in gorgeous Campbell River and can’t wait to serve her patients in a calm environment where they can make informed treatment decisions. She feels very passionate about patient education which plays a central role in her approach. For her, the treatment process is a collaborative, educated and open one where you feel comfortable and confident to ask questions.
If you are looking for a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your dental needs, Dr. Sarah would be more than happy to be there for you!
